Tuesday 29th November

Today i improved the front cover of my music magazine by changing the font of the text and changing around the text at the left hand side of the page as i thought it looked more sophisticated and modern.

I also changed the font of my contents page and moved the photos on the right hand side because i thought it looked more stylish. I then changed the text at the bottom slightly and added another photo to make it more inspiring and interesting.

I then changed the background colour of my double page spread to make it look more stylish. I then altered my text slightly to make it a bit more interesting to read and had more information content to it.

Friday 11th March 2011

Today i made start to my evaluation. I am starting with question 4 because i thinks its quite an easy one to write. I am going to do it in Word with a annotated illustration of a typical member of my target audience.

Friday 4th March 2011

Today i put another picture down the right hand side to fill the gap and also put borders around the photos as well, to make them more stylish and funky. I also added an extra box and the bottom to give the audience a sneak peak at next months issue. I have changed the back ground colour of my contents so there is synergy through the front cover and contents and so it looks more appealing.

I also changed the background colour of my cover so it looks more appealing to an audience buying the magazine.

Wednesday 23rd Feb 2011

I completely finished my double page spread on InDesign. I wrote out the interview on Word and then copied it into InDesign. I Used the same colour themes as i have done with my cover and contents so they are all connected. I used the different colours for the interviewer and the artist to make the article more clear and interesting.

I chose these pictures because they are the best out of the ones i took and they are a mixture of fun and serious and posed. I added the borders around them to match the contents and cover and to make it more fun and stylish.

Friday 18th Feb 2011

This is my contents page so far, it is mostly finished apart from the gap down the bottom which i am going to put a photo in. I have made the background yellow to match the front cover and have put the text down the left hand side to made the page look neat and cool.

My front cover is also now finished and i have started to write my article for my double page spread. It is an interview with a new artists, about how he became a star and about him in general with photos of him.
